Undiagnosed Attention Deficit......
.I'm telling this for your children,and grandchildren,--- in pharmacy school , I landed a , then obscure, research fellowship that was studying medications and other modalities in ADHD. (Ironic) As I read prior cases, I saw myself.
There are a lot of memories from HS ...I hold dear memories of certain teachers who never gave up…getting / keeping my attention ( spellings may be off) English – Ms. Vahlella , Math- Ms. Ermalinda Soteil , Counseling – Ms. Mollie Noonan. Herr Hahn said I had an aptitude for language, but my mind wandered too much.
Started college barely ; almost flunked out 1st semester THEN (do or die) 3.2,4.0,4.0 for 3 following semesters . Told Mollie Noonan that I needed her recommendation / sign-off to transfer to Temple Univ. in Philly ; Later told her I was admitted. ---almost gave her a heart attack !
